Eligibility

Our games are available only to individuals above 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register or play.

Restricted States

Cash games are not offered in the following states: Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Nagaland, and Sikkim.

Account Registration

Players must provide accurate personal information when creating an account. Accounts with false details may be suspended or terminated.

Fair Play & Anti-Cheating

Cheating, collusion, and fraudulent behavior are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious accounts and take necessary actions including suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

Payments & Withdrawals

All payments must be made in INR through authorized payment gateways. Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts in the player’s name, subject to applicable tax regulations including TDS deduction where required.

Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend, block, or terminate any account found in violation of these Terms or engaged in illegal activity.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses due to internet issues, third-party payment failures, or legal restrictions in your jurisdiction.
